We thank you for your business and want you to be content with your purchase. To support that we offer a 14 day no questions asked refund or exchange on any full priced or sale item.

You do have to meet some requirements.

The goods being returned or exchanged should be in perfect condition. This means that they are unmarked, unworn, unwashed, odour-free, with all labels attached.

You will need to cover the return shipping. Please ensure you send the item by tracked post.

We do not offer any refunds or exchanges on knickers or briefs.

We do not offer any refunds on items which are on a discount of 50% or more.

Note for international customers**

** We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties when the parcel reaches your country. If there are charges, you will need to pay for them.

Faulty Merchandise

We do our best to not have any faulty merchandise. Our quality processes are ingrained at every step on the way of a product to you.

In the rare event that you receive something from us that has a fault, please take a picture of the fault and email it to us [email protected] straightaway. We will sort out a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.

Please ensure you include all details pertaining to the order in your email.

      We just have an online store at this stage. We do go to some markets. Will be at the General Collective market on 31st March in Auckland if you want to pay us a visit.
