Order Information

Please expect the below when you order from us. 

When you place an order with us, you should receive an Order Confirmation email. This will detail what you have purchased and paid for. If you have placed an order, and not received this confirmation, please write to us at [email protected] and we can reissue a confirmation to you.

Your business is of utmost value to us and we want you to receive your gear as soon as possible. Please allow 3 – 5 days working days for us to ship your order.

All NZ orders are shipped by tracked post. 

Shipping in the times of COVID-19

These are unprecedented times! I am working through a higher than usual volume of orders. Please allow 7 working days to ship your order.

All orders are shipped by tracked post. My local courier shop is also processing an unusually high volume of orders and he sometimes runs out of tracking tickets (which NZPost supplies to him). In this instance, he takes my package to ship it when he has a tracking ticket (usually the next day). So there might be instances that I have left your package at the courier shop but awaiting a ticket number. Please know that I will not ship your orders without tracking.
